I've been receiving several notes in regards to requests. I'm flattered and happy to have people interested in my art enough to ask me for them, but I cannot accept. They're fun ideas and I hope someone will help bring your visions to fruition.. This guy right here can't. Not for free. Once upon a time, long ago I may have said otherwise but that time has long since passed.
I will happily take (and have done) commissions from you. A commission will guarantee that your image will be done well, cleanly, and have my total attention. Unless you get a sketch... even then, I'd make sure it'll look good.
I've come to a point where I know my work would be worth the dollars you'd spend on me. You can ask anyone who've commissioned me before - I aim to please - and please, I do. I believe the prices that I've set, for the time being, are fair and accommodating. I've not listed them yet. This will be something I'll do when I feel I've submitted a fair amount of updated work from the last 2 years I've been away. Sort of a "This is what I've done and how much I've changed" sort of thing.
SO! In closing, guys, thank you for asking! I appreciate you liking my stuff! And I don't get upset if you do ask, really. Just don't get upset if I turn you down. It isn't anything personal. If I post anything of others - and I want to stress this - It's because a) I've asked them if I may draw so and so or b) They're close friends of mine. Also, if I do a trade with someone it'd be with a person I know well who, would also be, a friend of mine.
I believe what I've said is fair, yes?
